Steve Grossman
Managing Director | Branch Manager | Financial Advisor
Steve began his thirty-seven-year career with Hilliard Lyons in Nashville TN before becoming a part of Baird. Steve moved to Lexington in 1990 to serve in the capacity of Branch Manager later serving as Complex Manager and Regional Director. Steve was inducted into the Junior Achievement Central Kentucky Business Hall of Fame in 2015. Steve continues to serve in a leadership role within Baird and throughout the Lexington market and was named Baird’s 2020 Branch Manager of the Year.
A graduate of Carson-Newman College and Auburn University, he also graduated from the Security Industry Institute at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, PA. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 8, 63, and 65 licenses.
Outside of Baird Steve is an involved member of the Lexington community having served on numerous boards and foundations. He currently sits on boards serving Shaker Village at Pleasant Hill, The Downtown Lexington Partnership, and University of Kentucky Gaines Center for the Humanities, The Triangle Foundation and UK Sanders Brown Center of Aging. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Patty, fox hunting and horseback riding, dog breeding and golf.
Meg Sutton
Vice President | Financial Advisor
Meg began her career with Hilliard Lyons in 2013 after three years coaching collegiate athletics at Ohio Wesleyan University. Meg was a third generation Hilliard Lyons employee following in the footsteps of her father, Steve and grandfather. Meg and her father teamed up in 2016 where they worked together to develop investment strategies for clients to help meet their financial goals. Meg also works closely with clients to create and implement financial plans and wealth management strategies.
Meg is a graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, PA where she earned a degree in Managerial Economics. Since returning to Lexington, she has become involved in the Lexington community serving on different boards. She currently serves on the board of the High Street YMCA. She has co-founded a girls club lacrosse program for central Kentucky and serves as a coach for lacrosse and basketball at The Lexington School. Meg holds her FINRA Series 7, Series 66 as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, their daughters, Ellie and Lena, traveling, baking, and continuing to coach when able.
Holly Gray
Client Assistant
Holly rejoined Baird and became part of the Grossman Sutton Group at the end of 2025. She brings valuable industry experience to the team along with a strong, client-focused approach. Holly attended Lindsey Wilson College and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Communication. She is currently pursuing her Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and 66 licensing. Originally from Winchester, Kentucky, Holly now lives in Lexington with her husband, Chandler, and their three dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and staying active with her pets.
Will Arnett
Associate Financial Advisor
Will graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2025 with a major in finance and economics. Upon graduation, Will joined Baird’s Foundations program – an internal training program where he rotated through key back-office departments to further his knowledge. After completing a four-month rotation with The Grossman-Sutton group, Will received an offer to join the team full-time as an Associate Financial Advisor where he focuses primarily on financial planning. Will holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registration.
